War in Somalia

It now appears that a large US military force will need to be deployed to northern Africa in the near future. Of course the requisite media inculcation will proceed and create the sufficient fervor and righteous confidence of the citizenry in the mission ahead, despite the casualties or true losses of our imperial aims there. The US military and CIA have been operating in and around Somalia for over two decades now and the growing instability of that region, culminated by a collapse of the most recent CIA backed government there in 2007, has prompted decisions in the beltway that more than subversive forces are needed to maintain control. The latest “pirate” story, including the kidnapping of a US ship captain, is being promoted on the media grid with the usual meter and appearance of thoughtful restraint. Instead of just saying that we are sending troops to northern Africa as part of the control of the resources in the middle east and central Asia, the TAPI pipeline, etc., a decision for a military excursion that has already been made, the appearance of moderation must be established. This notion that we are waiting for further developments is utter nonsense. “Further developments” will of course be either directly fabricated or portrayed in a manner which justifies the subsequent military action.

  1. I like the post,One minor correction. Somalia is middle east Africa. Troops in north Africa would have no bearing on somalia.

What gets me is they are terrorists in the pure form. Terrorizing shipping off their coast. Just call a spade a spade and kill em all I say.

But really, how did we ever get the job as the worlds police? Can't we just protect our own and live at let live. our nation will spend itself out of existance.

maybe we should be happy because that is a good thing.

    Keep posten,,,,,,,,,,,Fritz

Marginalized Debate

The media has made a big to-do about the Rick Santelli "rant" on CNBC recently. The first thing that anyone needs to know about the media is that it is never intentionally meant to be informative or helpful in a way that affects their lives in a meaningful and positive way. What the media IS meant for is selling products and controlling information to serve the interests of those who run it. Any instance of the contrary is unintended or accidental. That said, let us all please avoid the fantasy that this "rant" we all witnessed was a moment of truth slipping through the cracks or that it was anything other than a staging point for controlled and marginalized debate. This particular type of propaganda always reminds me of a conflict one might have with someone who is completely wrong or crazy yet some incense-burning, age of Aquarius conscious wacka-doodle floats out of the woodworks and insists that "there are two sides to every story and the truth is somewhere
The DNC fraud lawsuit, which is actually a HUGE deal, is completely blacked out by the mainstream media. This is because it would uncover the truth that any "hacking" nonsense was done within the DNC itself, first to nail Bernie Sanders. After the election, forces in the DNC and in the intelligence community have made it look like "Guccifer 2.0" was a Russian operative.
